Why agencies come to us

Same team.

On a freelance platform every project means a new stranger — new standards, new habits, new onboarding. With Sonti it's the same team every time. The analyst who scoped your last build scopes the next one, and the engineers already know your clients.

UK-based.

You contract with a UK business, and the team understands what UK, US and European clients actually need — GDPR and data residency, accessibility, the tone that lands in each market. Your client's requirements never get lost in translation.

Tech-led.

We build with the latest tools and models, chosen for the job rather than by habit. That makes every build efficient twice over: fewer hours to ship it, and fewer tokens to run it once it's live.

What we build for your clients

Almost every request an agency forwards us fits one of these six. Bring the ask however rough it is — we'll tell you which one it is, and what it takes.

AI-enabled websites

Websites with intelligence built in: site-wide answers from the client's own content, personalised pages, lead qualification and booking without a human in the loop.

Next.jsWebflow + AIHeadless CMS

Chatbots & AI assistants

Assistants trained on the client's products, policies and FAQs — on the website, WhatsApp or Messenger — that hand off to a person the moment it matters.

OpenAIAnthropicRAGWhatsApp

Voice agents

Phone agents that answer, book, reschedule and qualify — on UK numbers, in natural voices, logging every call to the client's CRM. Inbound, outbound or both.

TwilioSpeech-to-textCRM handoff

Workflow & marketing automation

The unglamorous work that eats agency hours: lead routing, CRM hygiene, reporting, onboarding sequences, approvals — automated across the tools the client already pays for.

HubSpotMaken8nZapier

AI content & data pipelines

Content at scale with guardrails — product descriptions, localisation, briefs — plus the data plumbing behind it: feeds, enrichment, deduplication and dashboards.

Bulk generationEnrichmentDashboards

Custom AI integrations

When the ask doesn't fit a box: internal copilots, document processing, models wired into the client's own systems. Scoped properly, built once, documented for whoever comes next.

The app, the backend and the website

Kairoo is a screen-time agreement a parent and child write and sign together, and an app that keeps it, so nobody has to be the bad cop. We designed both apps, built the backend they share and made the website families join from.

Screen-time rules a family agrees on, and an app that keeps them

Built for Kairoo · for families with children about 8 to 14 · live at kairoo.family

App design
Two apps, Kairoo Parent and Kairoo Kids. On the child's phone: today's plan, the deal they helped write, a heads-up before time runs out and credit for stopping on their own.
Backend
The service both apps run on. It holds each family's signed agreement and carries every ask and answer between the two phones.
Website
kairoo.family tells the story as one long scroll through illustrated scenes, from the bedtime argument to the signed agreement, the research behind it and early-access sign-up.

  1. Brief

Forward us the client's ask — an email, a call recording, a napkin sketch. A UK business analyst turns it into a scope you can put in front of your client.

  3. Build

A dedicated squad in India builds it — engineers, an AI specialist and QA — with progress waiting in your inbox every UK morning.

Two offices. One accountable team.

UK analysts who speak agency, not code. Indian engineers who build to UK standards at Indian rates. That pairing is the whole business model.

United Kingdom

The front door

  • Business analysts who scope, spec and quote every project
  • One named point of contact for you and, if you want, your client
  • Project management, client calls and sign-off in UK hours
  • Contracts, invoicing and data agreements with a UK business
Four of the UK team sitting on the orange bleacher seating in the London office, a screen reading “A place for all” on the wall behind them.

Your requests are taken, scoped and managed here.

India

The engine room

  • Senior engineers, AI/ML specialists and QA in dedicated squads
  • Daily progress, code reviews and testing managed to UK standards
  • Rates that make one-off client projects worth saying yes to
  • Working day starts four and a half hours before London's
The India engineering floor: developers at dual monitors full of code, a whiteboard of architecture notes on the left and “Think big, build fast, iterate often” on the far wall.

Working hours · UK summer time
Brief before you leave

Anything you send by 17:30 is in the India squad's queue when their day starts at 05:00 UK time.

Five hours of overlap

09:00–14:00 UK is shared time for stand-ups, demos and decisions with the engineers, not just the analyst.

Winter shifts it earlier

When the UK leaves summer time, India is five and a half hours ahead: the day starts at 04:00 UK and the overlap is four hours.

Three builds agencies sold as their own

A voice agent, an AI-enabled website and an automation — one of each, so you can see what the finished thing looks like before your client asks. Two of the three are live: signal.artificialignorance.io and leonardopower.com.

A voice agent an agency sells as its own

Built for Artificial Ignorance · sold to UK trades and service businesses · live at signal.artificialignorance.io

The ask
They wanted an AI receptionist with their own name on it, on their own pricing, sold monthly — not a reseller badge on someone else's product, and not a year of building one.
What we built
Signal: a voice agent that answers on the client's existing number, trained on that business rather than the internet. It triages, qualifies, books into the diary during the call and hands over to a human when it should — shipped under the agency's brand, at the agency's prices.

A studio's own site that answers the phone

Built for Leonardo Power · a UK web design studio · live at leonardopower.com

The ask
Leonardo Power sells small businesses a website that comes with a front desk. Their own site had to be the product rather than describe it — including for the visitor who lands at 2am.
What we built
The site, and the assistant that ships with it: it answers from every page in the studio's own words, writes each enquiry into the CRM with the pages that visitor read, and — once they confirm a code by text — rings their mobile and takes the call as the business.

The ask
Forty client reports a month, assembled by hand from Meta, Google Ads and GA4, landing on day five with commentary written at midnight.
What we built

Recognition

We won an Innovate UK grant.

One-Click Voice AI: Democratizing Enterprise Technology — a £49,800 grant awarded to Sonti Limited by Innovate UK, the UK government's innovation agency, part of UK Research and Innovation, under its Fast Start Response competition. Offer accepted 31 October 2025; the project ran to April 2026.

Innovate UK competitions are scored by independent assessors on how novel the technology is, how big the problem it addresses is, and whether the team can realistically deliver it. You don't win one on an idea. You win it by putting the engineering, the data and the numbers in front of people who build this for a living.

The problem we were funded to solve

Voice AI that sounds human is no longer the hard part. Affording it is. The good models are metered by the minute and priced for contact centres, so the bill grows with every call a business takes — which is precisely the wrong shape for a four-person practice, a builder or a boarding kennels. The project takes the cost floor out: the same quality of conversation, at a price a small business can put on a monthly invoice without thinking about it.

  1. 01

Foundation models, adapted rather than rebuilt

We start from open foundation models and adapt them to the job, so the effort goes into the last mile — accents, trade vocabulary, interruptions, people changing their mind mid-sentence — instead of re-proving what the field already knows.

  2. 02

Speech data that sounds like the actual callers

Purpose-built training sets for both directions: text-to-speech that doesn't read like an American call centre, and speech-to-text that copes with regional accents, background noise and the words a trade customer actually uses on the phone.

  3. 03

Open-source LLMs on infrastructure we control

The reasoning layer runs on models we host. The cost per conversation doesn't move when a vendor reprices its API, and a caller's details don't have to leave the estate to be understood.

  4. 04

Network accelerators, because latency is the tell

Answer within a beat and a caller talks to it normally. Answer a second late and they know. Closing that gap is inference acceleration and the network path around it — not just picking a faster model.

That is the difference between voice AI being something an enterprise buys and something a plumber can.

Is Sonti right for your agency?

We work best with agencies who own the client relationship and want a production team behind it, not a marketplace of freelancers to manage.

A good fit if…

  • You've got live client requests for AI, chatbots, voice or automation you can't fulfil in-house
  • You want to sell AI services under your brand without hiring engineers
  • You're after recurring monthly fees — these builds need hosting, tuning and support, so the client pays every month instead of once
  • You'd rather have one accountable UK contact than manage developers yourself
  • You're happy to delegate the build and keep the client conversation

Not the right fit if…

  • You want to hire a single freelancer by the hour and manage them yourself
  • You don't have a project yet — though a 30-minute “what's possible” call is always free
  • You want to direct the engineers day to day instead of working through a scope

Buy hours. Bring projects.

Three packages, priced in hours and nothing else. You tell us what needs building, our team tells you how many hours it takes, and then builds it. AI tokens are included, so there's no separate usage bill.

Starter

$1,000

25 hours · AI tokens included

Best for a first client request with a clear finish line — a chatbot on existing content, a single automation, a proof of concept.

  • 25 hours of analyst and engineering time
  • Tokens used to build, test and hand over included
  • A UK analyst scopes every project before it starts

Works out at $40 an hour, all-in.

Growth

$2,500

80 hours · AI tokens included

Best for agencies with a few asks in flight — a voice agent plus the automations around it, or two clients' projects at once.

  • 80 hours of analyst and engineering time
  • Tokens used to build, test and hand over included
  • Priority scheduling across your projects

Works out at $31.25 an hour, all-in.

Scale

$5,000

200 hours · AI tokens included

Best for agencies productising AI services across their client base and who want a team that already knows every account.

  • 200 hours of analyst and engineering time
  • Tokens used to build, test and hand over included
  • A named squad that works in your tools and your brand

Works out at $25 an hour, all-in.

Every project is estimated in hours before it starts, so you always know what a build will draw from your package. Need more? Buy the next package and the work carries on with the same team.

Questions agencies ask first

The ones that come up on nearly every first call. Anything else, ask us on the call itself.

Is everything white-label?

Yes, by default. Scopes, decks, code, documentation and the finished product carry your brand. If you'd like us to join client calls, we come as your technical team. If you'd rather your client never hears the name Sonti, they won't.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You or your client, as set out in the contract — never us. Everything is handed over with source, documentation and admin access, so there's no lock-in to Sonti or to any single AI vendor.

Where does the data go, and is it GDPR-compliant?

You contract with our UK business, with a data processing agreement as standard. Builds are hosted in UK or EU regions unless your client specifies otherwise. Our engineers in India work under NDA with role-based access, and we can restrict production data to the UK team where a client requires it.

How quickly can something be live?

A scope and an estimate in hours within two working days of the brief. As a rule of thumb, a chatbot on a client's existing content is live in three to four weeks, a voice agent in four to eight, and a single automation in days. Your estimate gives the real number for your project.

Can my client talk to the developers?

Your UK analyst is the front door and joins every client conversation. When a technical question needs an engineer, one joins the call during the 09:00–14:00 overlap. You never have to translate between your client and a developer.

Which AI models and tools do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We build with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models as well as open-source ones, and on the platforms your client already pays for — HubSpot, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Make, n8n, Zapier and the rest. Each scope names the stack and why.

What happens after launch?

Fixes to the agreed scope are included. Beyond that, monitoring, model updates and small improvements draw from your package hours like any other work, so the thing you sold your client keeps getting better instead of quietly going stale.

How do the hour packages work?

You buy a block of hours — 25, 80 or 200 — and bring us projects. For each one, your UK analyst tells you how many hours it needs before any work starts, and the build draws that from your package. Different projects take different amounts of time; the estimate is what you sign off, not an hourly meter.

What about AI usage costs — tokens and API bills?

Included. The tokens we use to build, test and hand over your project are covered by the package, and because we choose models and tools for efficiency, what we ship is cheap to run as well. There's no separate usage invoice from us.

What if a project needs more hours than I have left?

You'll know before it starts, because every project is estimated up front. If the estimate is bigger than what's left in your package, you buy the next package and the same team carries on — no re-briefing, no new faces.
